Our History
In the early 2000s, Ray Melleady and Mark Aesch had the opportunity of leading two public agencies as newly minted chief executive officers (CEO). Rather than simply serving time in the chair, Ray and Mark shared a passion to create cultures of excellence. A bond of friendship was forged from their personal commitment to continuous learning and growth. For more than twenty years, their shared journey has introduced them to hundreds of people that have inspired them with their commitment to continuous improvement.
