Our History
In the early 2000s, Ray Melleady and Mark Aesch had the opportunity of leading two public agencies as newly minted chief executive officers (CEO). Rather than simply serving time in the chair, Ray and Mark shared a passion to create cultures of excellence. A bond of friendship was forged from their personal commitment to continuous learning and growth. For more than twenty years, their shared journey has introduced them to hundreds of people that have inspired them with their commitment to continuous improvement.

Raymond Melleady joined USSC Group in October 2012 as the Vice President for Sales. His primary duties include the oversite of Sales, Customer Service, and corporate development initiatives for Public Transit in North America.
